We have had an unsettled week this week in the sense that there has been something different and unusual happening every day. Monday was the most normal day of the week with only one pupil absent visiting another school. Following that, half of us were out on Tuesday (at Wheldon), a quarter on Wednesday (at Gedling), it was Sports day on Thursday and today it was our talent show day!

In between times, we have made good progress with our work on Kensuke's Kingdom, finishing our "storm" work and drafting our writing about "the jellyfish incident". Our fairground rides are now basically finished and many have also done their final drawings and begun their evaluations. We did a further piece of art work on Wednesday to extend our "people in action" topic, by producing some prints in the style of Keith Herring.
