10th and 11th April
After finishing our play script, we have now re-written the short story in a further, different way - telling it with a significant part of the narrative communicated in flash-back. We have also been trying to make sure that our punctuation is good and we use a variety of sentences.
We have continued our work on decimal calculations in maths, concentrating on division and problems involving decimal numbers. We have also been having a go at doing long division.
We did some netball activities in PE yesterday and then went through the science SATs test that we had done on Wednesday, discussing any interesting points and misunderstandings that had been evident. This afternoon, we finished the week with some more watercolour painting.
